Residential Waste

In order to achieve this, it is vital that residents do not place their rubbish on the pavement outside their building. Instead, residents should be using the bins located in the basement vaults of their building, being sure to respect basement residents by choosing appropriate hours and by placing rubbish in secured black bin bags tidily in the vault rooms.

If you find that the vault in your building's basement is full, please be sensible and wait for the next collection before disposing of your waste.

If you have domestic waste that is too large to fit in the vaults, you should contact Westminster Council to arrange a special collection. The council may charge for this facility. For further information please see the Council's own website

Contractor Waste

Contractors are required to dispose of their own waste properly. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their contractors while they are working in our private road and, as such, should ensure that their contractors completely remove building materials from the site.
